BD Diesel's up-pipes kit replaces the factory exhaust up-pipes prone to leakage, using larger diameter 304 stainless steel with internally shielded expansion bellows and a high-silicon ductile iron Y-adapter. The fully divided Y-pipe optimizes turbo spool and maximizes response time, while V-band connections ensure a flexible, easy-aligning fit.

This kit is fully EGR compatible and includes stainless steel uppipe clamps. Note: installation on 2003-2004.5 models requires removal of the OEM heat shield; a replacement shield (5C3Z-9F460-A) can be ordered from a Ford dealer.
