There's no clean way to plumb an intercooler into a third-gen Camaro LS1 turbo build. The chassis wasn't designed for a front-mount, the radiator support limits core height, and one-size-fits-all piping kits leave you with a pile of couplers and a sawzall. You spend more time fabbing than driving.
This kit solves that. Designed specifically for the 82–92 F-body engine bay with an LS1 swap and a passenger-side turbo, it delivers a full 4" Big Core Bar & Plate intercooler (black, 3" inlet/outlet), four vehicle-specific 3" mandrel-bent 6061 aluminum pipes, 5-ply silicone couplers, and an integrated blow-off valve — no cutting, no guessing, no trips to the welding shop.
The Bar & Plate core is pressure-tested for high-boost single-turbo configurations, and the mandrel-bent 3" piping routes through the tightest chassis constraints without rubbing. All joints are TIG-welded for clean, strong connections. The BOV vents excess boost on throttle lift, protecting your turbo from compressor surge and extending its service life. If your Camaro runs a single turbo on the passenger side, this kit makes the plumbing the easiest part of the build.

TIG-Welded Construction — All pipe joints and end-tank seams are TIG-welded for maximum strength and clean internal weld penetration. No MIG splatter, no porous beads
Bolt-On Installation — Direct fit when the turbo is mounted at the passenger-side front corner. No measuring, cutting, or custom welding required for standard single-turbo layouts
5-Ply Reinforced Silicone Couplers & Stainless T-Bolt Clamps — Six 5-layer reinforced silicone connectors (black) resist ballooning under boost. Twelve stainless steel T-bolt clamps hold torque without cutting into couplers
