What it is

A pair of short pigtails with the factory GM dash tweeter connector on one end and bare 7-inch leads on the other. Plug into the factory wiring behind your dash tweeter, crimp or solder the bare end to your aftermarket 2.75" driver, and drop it in — no factory wires cut, no splices hidden behind the dash pad.

Why use this over cutting factory wires

• Zero-splice. Factory dash tweeter wiring stays 100% intact.
• Reversible in 30 seconds. Unplug the harness, drop the factory tweeter back in if you ever trade the truck.
• Cleaner install. No butt connectors hidden under the dash pad that could rattle or fail.
• Crimp once at the bench. Faster than fighting factory wires in the tight dash cavity.
