Weld-on HE341 / HE351 CW V-Band Turbine Outlet Flange and Clamp. Constructed of stainless steel.  This flange allows you to weld 4" diameter tube perfect for those wanting to use the stock common rail turbo in other applications, or those wanting to build your own compound kit on the 5.9.  This is the flange found on 2003-2007 Cummins 5.9.
