This is everything you need to convert a Yamaha G19/G22 the right way.

KIT INCLUDES:

• Complete 600A 4KW or 5KW Navitas AC kit with 600A controller, 4KW or 5KW motor, on the fly programmer and access to the Navitas dealer app.
• 400A solenoids
• 2 AWG battery cable kit
• Brand new OEM YDRE/G29 wiring harness
  

No other parts needed with this kit.  You will reuse your current FNR switch and run/tow switch.

You do have to swap the main wiring harness on the cart.  It is essentially plug n play but you will have to spline the pedal wires into the pedal box.  You can also buy the proper connectors.
