ZZP Ion Stealth Heat Exchanger

Our ZZPerformance Stealth heat exchanger is the largest and most efficient bolt in upgraded heat exchanger for the Ion available. Constructed of 100% aluminum the Stealth offers increased coolant and core capacity to keep those IAT2's down. The Stealth installs in place of the factory heat exchanger and moves it in front of the AC condenser for direct airflow. The core is over 3x more capacity than stock and the overall dimensions/capacity is over 4x larger than stock. 

Includes fill cap and option B fitting. We recommend pairing this with our Option B kit and Dual pass to optimize the supercharger cooling system.

Core dimensions: 24" x 11" x 2.5" 

The installation of the Stealth does require cutting your factory hood latch support bar. This does not effect the integrity of the vehicle and the factory aluminum crash support bolts back in without interference of the new heat exchanger. Due to shipping you may need to slightly tweak the inlet and outlet tubes upon installation.
