Description
This billet aluminum check valve replaces the OEM plastic unit (035 103 245A) with a CNC-machined, spring-loaded ball-style mechanism. Engineered to handle over 100 PSI, it offers reliable pressure management for a variety of Audi and Volkswagen engines from the 1.8T to the 2.7T and AAN.
With a 1/2" nipple on the pressure side and a 1" OD vacuum port, this valve is a straightforward upgrade for PCV systems on models like the B5 S4, C5 A6 2.7T, Mk4 Golf/Jetta 1.8T, and more. It’s built to last where plastic parts fail.
