We have to know if your Club Car has OBC or not. The OBC will have the negative ground wire for the battery pack running into it and it is a box on the back wall under the seat.
Also, If you charger looks like this then you DO NOT have an OBC on your Club Car:
We also have to know if you have 6 batteries or 4 batteries on Club Cars.
If you have an AC kit, answer YES to that question so we can include the matching 3rd cable.

What size cables do I need?
All of your cables need to be the same size. Battery jumper cables, cables to your controller, solenoid and motor all need to be the same size. Just upgrading your battery jumpers is not enough because the motor can pull more amps than the batteries do.

400A systems = 4 AWG cables
500A+ systems = 2 AWG cables
