This style steering came standard on all RAM 2500/3500 trucks (4X4 Only) built from February/14/2008 up to the 2012 model year. So if your truck was built after February 14th 2008 up to the 2012 model year, this kit is a direct replacement.
If your truck was built between the dates of 2003 and February/13/2008 This kit will fit but you will need the new style steering stabilizer bracket and a new style steering stabilizer cylinder as the new cylinder is clamped on to the drag link instead of being bolted on. This kit is also considered a vast design improvement over the 03-07 design as it directly links the 2 front wheels together.
