Originally designed for lower stress levels, OEM valve bridges now face challenges in high-performance applications. When stress exceeds safe limits, these bridges struggle.
To address this, we’ve developed extreme-duty valve bridges capable of handling unprecedented stress levels. Our bridges are CNC machined from premium hot-working tool steel bar stock for superior strength and durability.
Each bridge undergoes meticulous hand inspection, followed by core hardening through heat-treating. After heat treatment, the friction pad surface is precision ground to eliminate any imperfections that could accelerate wear on the rocker arm.
Nitriding the surface further enhances wear resistance and reduces friction, ensuring long-lasting performance. Our approach combines advanced materials, precise machining, and optimized heat treatment for cost-effective friction reduction and extended service life.
Proper pushrod length maintains stock rocker geometry, crucial for optimal rocker arm function. For engines needing custom pushrods, we offer tools to replicate OEM specifications accurately.
