6.0L Ford Power Stroke Complete Solution Kit
Includes:
• Oil Cooler
Included in the Solution kit is Alliant Powers upgraded version of the 6.0L Oil Cooler. The revised version of this oil cooler has the upgraded design to help minimize the chances of cooler failure. Includes updated stainless steel screen. OEM Ford cooler is optional.
• ARP studs
Stretched factory head bolts are a thing of the past when you upgrade to studs. Everyone knows about the head gasket issues on the 6.0L. ARP Head Studs increase strength and do not stretch over time like the factory bolts. Upgrading the factory bolts to studs completely eliminates this issue and adds durability, and reliability to your 6.0L while eliminating the Head Gasket issues.
• Turbo mounting set
Includes New Hardware and OEM quality turbo feed gasket, oil line and O-Ring.
• O-rings for Injectors
OEM Parker Hannafin External O-Rings and Coppers
• Intake & Exhaust manifold gaskets
OEM Quality Viton and Stainless Steel
• Head Gaskets.
Mahle or Ford Factory Head Gaskets are included in this kit to provide you with factory-like sealing and a perfect fit. Many choose to use only the factory head gaskets. Each kit includes 2 head gaskets.
• Upgraded Stainless Steel Welded Tube EGR Cooler
RCD's Upgraded EGR Cooler features a durable design making it the perfect addition to the Solution Kit. The internal passages have been re-designed with a larger diameter to increase flow and eliminate clogging issues that are inherent with the factory stuffed fin design. This upgrade retains full use and functionality of the EGR System. Built for an easy install, RCD's EGR Cooler bolts in-place of the factory unit and does not require any aftermarket tuning or modifications for installation.
