Maximize the capability of your 2003-2007 Dodge RAM 2500 and 3500 4WD diesel trucks with this 6-inch lift kit with long-arm and FOX 2.5 coilover conversion from BDS Suspension. These kits feature proprietary FOX 2.5 coil-over shocks designed to bolt on performance, with increased travel and the ability to soak up the roughest terrain, along with smooth on-road comfort. Designed to improve stance, performance, and capability, this kit includes everything necessary to set your truck up right with clearance for up to 37" tires.

BDS developed a mounting system that bolts directly to the factory coil mounts with only minor trimming/drilling required. This new system also includes weld-in reinforcements at the axle for superior strength. BDS built the long lower control arms to reduce caster change with wheel travel, creating a more controlled steering feel. This long-arm system retains the factory triangulation of the arms, which adds to the stability of the suspension system.

Up front, the lift kit includes FOX 2.5 coilover shocks, all four control arms, plus mounting brackets, a forged drop pitman arm, and a track bar bracket for steering correction, bump stops, and sway bar links. In the rear, this kit utilizes heavy-duty cast-steel blocks, longer u-bolts, and a matching set of FOX 2.0 Performance shocks.

FOX 2.5 Coilovers

FOX 2.5 coilovers deliver next-level performance and on-road and off-road comfort. Tuned and ready to install right out of the box, these bolt-on 2.5-inch diameter coil-overs are built for abuse and packed with race-proven technology. They include a remote reservoir for additional fluid capacity, keeping your shocks running cool so you can push the limits in rough terrain.

Long Arm Conversion

Upgrading the standard control arms to a long arm adds strength, improves handling, and takes off-road articulation to the next level. This upgrade consists of massive 1/4-inch steel-frame-mounted brackets to install the oversized upper and lower formed long arms. The arms are designed to maximize tire clearance and allow the stock control arm tabs to remain on the vehicle. The upper arms are solid stock, while the heavy-wall tubular lower arms utilize oversized greaseable polyurethane bushings for superior road vibration isolation.
