This polished 304 stainless or black powder coated turn out clamp on exhaust tip from Mel's is the perfect option for your 17-23 Duramax L5P truck. The stock tailpipe piece is reduced down which creates unnecessary back pressure. Improve this with the ST11070B as you get your exhaust gases out and pointed in a better direction.
*Does not work on 2024 GM L5P Trucks (Will Throw error code)
