Description
This AMD 518 crossmember kit is engineered to install a Chrysler 518 overdrive automatic transmission into 1970-1974 Mopar B or E Body cars. It replaces the factory transmission crossmember with a 3/16-inch thick steel fully boxed section, providing the height and width needed for the 518 transmission.
The kit includes the crossmember, lower transmission mount tab, Grade 8 mounting hardware, and instructions. It requires additional fabrication, welding, and a GM-style insulator (not included) for installation.
