This cylinder is used on the front of all our hydraulic Any Level Lift systems as well as the rear of our single rear wheel hydraulic Any Level Lift systems.
This welded hydraulic cylinder is rated at 3000 PSI, has a 2.5 in. bore X 4 in. stroke and cross-tube mounting. Designed for demanding double-acting applications this welded cylinder exceeds the highest standards and is built to ensure maximum reliability and performance.
This cylinder is packed with these features:
- Engineered with a robust ductile iron piston for unparalleled durability in demanding environments.
- Enhanced security and stability ensured by the Grade 8 zinc-plated lock nut.
- Reliable sealing mechanism featuring a nitrile O-ring with hytrel backup for consistent, leak-free performance.
- Exceptional rod-sealing capabilities provided by the PolyPak design, incorporating a polyurethane U-cup with a Nitrile O-ring expander.
- Sturdy steel cross tube mounts serve as reliable end mounts, ensuring stability and facilitating effortless installation for hydraulic systems.
- Uncompromising seal integrity guaranteed by the piston's O-ring for its inner diameter and Hallite 755 piston seal with wear rings for the outer diameter.
