Description
Description
The EVP Rising Rate 340LPH Fuel Pump system is the foundational fuel delivery upgrade for Can-Am Maverick R owners pushing the limits of the Rotax engine. Specifically engineered for E85 fuel, this system provides the massive volume required to support approximately 400 wheel horsepower, offering significant overhead for future turbo upgrades like the P47-400.
Unlike the stock fixed-pressure system, the EVP integrated regulator can operate as a static 65 psi setup or a rising rate system, which increases fuel pressure in direct proportion to turbo boost—a mechanical necessity for high-output E85 tuning.
Core Component Technology
Every EVP Rising Rate kit is built with premium, race-grade hardware to ensure reliability under the high corrosive properties of ethanol:
-
DW 340LPH Fuel Pump: An E85-safe, high-flow pump capable of delivering the volume needed for high-duty cycle injectors.
-
Billet Aluminum Fuel Hat: Replaces the factory plastic cap with a CNC-machined, black-anodized billet piece for superior strength and a leak-proof seal.
-
Serviceable Filtration: Includes a billet housing with a 100-micron stainless steel filter. Unlike the non-serviceable factory filters, this can be cleaned and reused, ensuring your injectors stay protected from debris.
-
Mil-Spec Wiring: A dedicated relay wiring harness ensures the high-draw 340LPH pump receives consistent voltage directly from the battery, bypassing the thin factory signal wires.

Important Disclaimer
The 340LPH Rising Rate system is specifically recommended for E85 fuel applications. If you intend to stay on 91/93 pump gas, a standard high-flow pump is typically sufficient. Running a rising rate system on pump gas requires specific "Rising Rate" ECU calibrations to ensure the fuel map accounts for the varying pressure.
Pro Tip: If you choose the Conversion Kit, ensure you are working in a clean environment. Reusing the OEM fuel pickup and float requires careful disassembly to avoid damaging the delicate fuel level sender.
