Flashark Cold Air Intake Kit for 2015-2017 Ford F-150 3.5L EcoBoost V6

The factory airbox on the 2015–2017 F-150 3.5L EcoBoost is designed for silence, not flow. Its restrictive baffles and paper filter choke the twin turbos before they even spool up — leaving torque and throttle response on the table.

The Flashark Cold Air Intake Kit replaces the entire factory intake tract with a black powder-coated aluminum mandrel-bent intake tube and a high-flow dry filter. The result: less restriction across the entire RPM range, faster turbo spool, and audible intake and bypass sounds that the stock box completely muffles. Expect 8–12 HP and 10–15 lb-ft of torque gain on the stock tune, with more available when paired with a custom calibration.

Bolt-on installation takes about 60 minutes with basic hand tools — no cutting, no drilling, no permanent modifications. Includes a heat shield to isolate the filter from engine bay radiant heat, reducing intake air temperatures under load.
