These Injectors increase the performance and horsepower of your powerstroke diesel. The injectors in your Ford Powerstroke will increase horsepower and torque to the rear wheels. These injectors are all build from brand new Alliant Power injectors not remanufactured units. 

Each set is matched to within 1%. Complete set of eight.  What does this mean?  This means that each set of Full Force Diesel Injectors build and sold is balanced to provide you with a superior idle quality and smooth acceleration.

Please note- a custom tuned chip is required to make these injectors work properly in your truck.  We recommend installing new glow plugs when installing injectors.  Theses are easy to change at the same time as the injectors.  However valve covers are reusable and should be fine unless the harness is damaged.

Stage 1

The injectors in the 94-97 Ford Powerstroke will increase horsepower from 340hp to the rear wheels. The 160cc flow rate is for less smoke and 20-25 hp less than the 180cc option. 

Recommended for this injector:

• Stock turbo
• Stock transmission

Stage 1.5

The injectors in the 94-97 Powerstroke will increase horsepower from 380hp to the rear wheels. The gain in power in substantial with the stage 1.5 injectors over the stock injectors.

Stage 2

The stage 2 injector is for the 1994-1997 OBS truck that wants more power for light towing or street performance. Choose the stage 2 for a hot street truck with moderate to lower smoke levels. The injectors in the 94-97 Ford Powerstroke will increase horsepower from 400hp to the rear wheels.

• Turbo upgrades recommended
• This is the largest injector recommended for a stock turbo (turbo and intercooler recommended but not required)

Stage 3 205cc

Stage 3 205cc hybrid performance injectors to increase the performance and horsepower of your powerstroke diesel. The injectors in the 94-97 Ford Powerstroke will increase horsepower from 425hp to the rear wheels.  The larger 100% oversize nozzles allow for better control of fuel delivery during the combustion cycle with allows for the added horsepower over the stage one injectors.

The injectors in the 94-97 Ford Powerstroke will increase horsepower up to 500hp at rear wheels.  The larger hybrid plunger and barrel in these injectors move more fuel for the same stroke as the stage two injector. These hybrid injectors are designed to operate with stock High Pressure oil. This is stretching the limits for the 17 degree HPOP. This saves money on a new HPOP system by utilizing the system you already have.
