The Adrenaline™ High-Volume High-Pressure Oil Pump is the ultimate solution for any injector setup. This heavy-duty, bolt-on replacement HPOP is perfect for all configurations, including stock trucks. Even with stock programming, you’ll notice improvements in performance, such as:

The Adrenaline has been a trusted product in the 7.3L community for over 15 years. Dieselsite’s units feature upgraded internals and design modifications that improve performance and reliability compared to the stock unit. Every Adrenaline HPOP is tested to ensure it meets the same flow rate specifications before shipment—NO UNIT LEAVES UNTESTED.

All Adrenaline HPOPs, including those for 1994-1995 models, are designed to be compatible with the 1996-2003 Injector Pressure Regulator.

Billet Model Advantage

Dieselsite takes great care to ensure the quality of cores and housings, but some designs on the original cast housings are prone to failure. The Billet Housing option addresses these issues, offering improved thread strength and fixing common leak points for a more robust and modern solution for your engine.

Anti-Drainback Model

Check your engine serial number to determine if the anti-drainback feature is necessary for your pump:

• 1994-1995 7.3L: Serial #201680 and earlier

• 1996-2003 7.3L: Serial #201681 and later

Injector Sizes

• AA Code Single Shot (1997 7.3L): Stock to 175cc

• AB Code Split Shot (Early '99 to Cali '97 7.3L): Stock to 175cc

• AD Code Split Shot (1999.5 to 2003 7.3L): Stock to 175cc

• AC Code Single Shot (T444E & 7.3L Aftermarket): Stock to 200cc

• AD Hybrids (7.3L Aftermarket): Up to 285cc

Core and Warranty Information

Core Return Options:

1. Pay a core charge and receive a unit before sending back your core.

2. Send your core in advance to avoid the core charge. Contact us for instructions.

• Core Damage: If your core has irreparable damage to the housing, you will receive a partial credit.

• Core Return Deadline: You have 45 days to return your pump core for a full refund. Returns after this period may incur fees.

• Additional Cores: Send in extra cores (any 1994-2003 7.3L model) for an extra $75 per unit credit. No need to purchase an Adrenaline to receive this credit. Contact us if you have cores to sell.

Warranty Information:

• 3-Year Unlimited Mile Warranty.

• Testing Required: All warranty concerns must be addressed by sending the unit in for testing. No replacements are shipped before the unit is tested. Billet Adrenaline units will be rebuilt into the original housing purchased.

• No Refunds on Used Units: There is no refund on the Adrenaline unit unless it is in new, unused/uninstalled condition.

• Repair and Costs: Dieselsite is not responsible for costs incurred during the repair process, including labor, towing, or replacement parts. However, we will cover return shipping after testing.

Fresh re-installation gaskets will also be provided with warranty claims.
