The DOWN4SOUND HI-LOW 2i is a compact 2-channel high-to-low line output converter designed to integrate factory audio systems with aftermarket amplifiers. It converts high-level speaker signals from an OEM head unit into a clean low-level RCA output, making it easy to add amplifiers without replacing the factory radio.
With a maximum input level of 9.5VRMS per channel and a clean 3VRMS RCA output, the HI-LOW 2i provides stable signal conversion while maintaining excellent audio clarity. Its compact design allows for flexible installation in modern vehicles where factory radios often lack dedicated preamp outputs.
