East Coast Polishing Bundle

Renegade's East Coast Polishing Bundle combines some of our newest and most innovative buffing wheels and compounds to provide users with a complete 3-Step polishing process that provides a high-level mirror shine and luster on your stainless steel surfaces.

The East Coast Polishing Bundle is made up of a Yellow Airway Buffing Wheel, soft Domet Flannel Airway Buffing Wheel, a Junior Yellow Deluxe Coloring Compound Bar, a Junior Competition Purple Finishing Compound Bar, and a bottle of our EZ Red Sprayable Metal Polish. The kit also comes with a set of Safety Flanges for High Speed Polishing to help secure and mount the buffing wheels to your machine, a Single-Handle Buffing Wheel Rake, along with a Microfiber Round Pad and Premium Microfiber Towel to apply and buff of the EZ Red Sprayable Metal Polish.

How to Use the East Coast Polishing Bundle:

1. NOTE: The included safety flanges should always be used when mounting a buffing wheel, and the buffing wheel rake should be used to prime the buffing wheel to accept compound and to free the buffing wheel of build-up when necessary.
2. Mount the Yellow Airway Buffing Wheel onto your machine for the first step. Pair the Yellow Airway Buffing Wheel with the Yellow Deluxe Compound Bar for your cut stage and run the combination at 3,500 RPMs (on both aluminum and stainless steel). This will act as your "cut" stage of the polishing process.
   
3. While still using the Yellow Airway Buffing Wheel and Yellow Deluxe Compound Bar, lower the machine speed to 2,600 RPMs and once again cover the surface to be polished. This will act as the middle or "color" stage of the polishing process.
4. Cover the work area with a layer of EZ Red Sprayable Metal Polish, to further refine the polish of your next step. 
5. For last/"finish" step, employ the Domet Flannel Airway Buffing Wheel and pair it with the Competition Purple Finishing Compound Bar. Use this combination to go over the EZ Red Sprayable Metal Polish that is still on the work surface to gain a mirror-like shine on your project. This step should be done at 1,800 RPMs.
6. To maintain this high level of shine between machine polishing sessions, use EZ Red Sprayable Metal Polish.

Pro Tips:

• Safety is paramount. We strongly recommend wearing a respirator when polishing metal surfaces. Our recommended Full Face Respirator for metal polishing, priced at $100, offers excellent protection to ensure your well-being during the polishing process.
• The use of gloves is recommended to help keep your hands clean while also helping to provide some protection from the moving machine and pads.
