The EVP 3" Exhaust System for the Can-Am Maverick R is a race-proven, high-performance exhaust solution designed to handle the extreme exhaust gas temperatures (EGTs) produced by the Rotax engine. Handcrafted in the USA, this system replaces the restrictive factory components with a massive 3" diameter flow path, providing a relentless powerband while maintaining a refined sound profile.
Tested and approved by elite racers like Kyle Chaney in both Baja and Short Course environments, this system is engineered for maximum durability under professional racing conditions.

The most critical engineering feature of the EVP Maverick R system is the downpipe construction. The area directly behind the turbocharger is where exhaust gases are at their hottest and most destructive.

Cast Stainless Elbow: EVP utilizes a Schedule 10 cast stainless steel elbow at the turbo connection.

Failure Prevention: While most manufacturers use thin 16-gauge low-grade stainless that can eventually be "blowtorched" or cracked by extreme heat, the EVP cast elbow is designed to withstand these temperatures indefinitely.

Pro Tip: If you are running high-boost "X85" or "P47" tunes, the Schedule 10 cast elbow is a mandatory upgrade to ensure your exhaust doesn't develop heat-related cracks during long, high-speed pulls.
