The EVP Silicone Charge Tubes for the Can-Am Maverick R are a critical structural upgrade for any machine running increased boost levels. While the factory rubber charge tubes are prone to expanding ("ballooning") or bursting under the high pressures of aftermarket tuning, the EVP 5-ply construction ensures that every pound of boost generated by the turbo makes its way into the engine.
Engineered with Nomex-reinforced fibers and a specialized interior lining, these tubes are built to withstand the extreme thermal and mechanical stresses of racing.
Advanced 5-Ply Construction
The primary failure point of OEM tubes is structural fatigue. EVP solves this through a heavy-duty layering process:
