Description
Description
By NAV-TV — the 2025+ Ford answer to the ZEN-A2B Plus, now with Bronco-for-everyone support.
The ZEN-F25 2.0 (NTV-KIT1035) replaces your factory amplifier on 2025 and newer Ford vehicles and converts the digital A²B (Automotive Audio Bus) signal into clean, high-resolution 6-channel analog RCA output — the connection we recommend for every build. Same audiophile engine as the A2B Plus: Burr-Brown DAC, 113 dB SNR, bit rate up to 192 kHz, 32-bit floating-point DSP.
What's new on the 2.0:
- Now compatible with ALL Broncos — including non-B&O. The original ZEN-F25 required the B&O factory system; the 2.0 works on base-audio Broncos too (non-B&O Broncos require an additional harness — call us and we'll get you the right one).
- Ford ACM control — the 2.0 DSPs and controls the factory ACM (head-unit / front-amp) outputs in addition to the rear amp. Ford B&O is bi-amplified, so this unlocks higher channel counts at lower cost and eliminates the need for a separate speaker-output harness on a full-system build.
- Completely flat output — no factory time delay, no factory EQ. No summing devices, no correction DSP, no removing factory compensation microphones.
- Burr-Brown DAC up to 192 kHz — the same audiophile preamp stage we put in every SGS Plug-and-Play build.
Why we recommend RCA over the optical (TOSLink) output: the RCA path keeps the signal in the Burr-Brown DAC all the way to your amplifier — which is the whole reason you're buying this unit. Going out optical forces your amplifier's internal DAC to do the conversion, and most amp DACs aren't in the same league. TOSLink is there for rare setups with a serious outboard DSP. For 99% of 2025+ Ford builds, RCA is the right answer.
Tuning: download NAV-TV's Zen DSP application, connect via the included USB cable, and dial in crossovers, levels, time alignment, and — for Ford B&O vehicles — per-channel ACM assignments.
