Supports up to 250/200cc injectors (550–600 RWHP)
Upgrade your 94–97 OBS 7.3L Powerstroke with a complete fuel system overhaul—featuring a Bosch 464-200 diesel pump, Irate Diesel billet filter block, and stainless steel regulated return system. This kit eliminates the factory fuel bowl, simplifies plumbing, and delivers the consistent fuel pressure modern injectors demand.

⚙️ Fitment & Functionality
- Works with both factory fuel tanks via OEM selector valve
- Optional single tank upgrade available (Bronco tank – F26E)
- Optional sump upgrade: Beans Diesel Micro Sump
- Supports up to 250/200 injectors @ 60 PSI
- Better filtration and water separation than stock
🛠 Installation Notes
- Turbo must be moved/slid over to install driver-side high-flow JIC fitting
- We recommend removing pedestal bolts, downpipe clamp, and manifold bolts for easier access
- If pump is loud after install: There is a restriction pre-fuel system (typically the selector valve or in-tank pickups)
🔒 Warranty & Recommendations
Bosch pump includes a 1-year warranty through Irate Diesel
To retain warranty, we recommend replacing:
- OEM selector valve
- OEM in-tank pickup tubes
(These plastic parts are often worn or collapsed, causing cavitation and pump failure.)
⚠️ Note
This system does not work with E-series vans without modifications.
Draw straw shown in some photos is not used on OBS trucks.
