Eliminate an exhaust restriction and increase flow with this High Flow Non-EBPV Turbine Outlet for use in your early 1999-2003 Ford 7.3L F-Series Powerstroke. This Outlet Flange is a Garrett replacement turbine outlet without the restrictive Exhaust Back Pressure Valve (EBV) 451274-0005 and works with OEM, GTP38R, or other OE style turbos.
