GM 6.6L Duramax Engine Mount Kit with Silicone Bushings
PPE’s Performance Engine Mounts are a no-brainer upgrade for any GMC/Chevrolet HD truck owner seeking superior durability, performance, and reliability. The OEM motor mounts on these trucks were made from cheaply formulated rubber and deteriorate over time, as well as being susceptible to shearing – not ideal for heavy-duty applications. Many HD trucks have worn or sheared engine mounts, resulting in excessive vibration, drivetrain misalignment, and even damage to surrounding components.
PPE High-Performance Silicone Engine Mount Kits are completely redesigned to solve the weaknesses of the factory mounts. Available in four different durometers from 40A to 70A, the tear- and compression-resistant silicone bushings are engineered to handle the high heat of the engine bay while isolating vibration much better than the rubber/polyurethane alternatives. They achieve all of this while maintaining an interchangeable, replaceable design to easily fine-tune your setup. The high-strength steel core and larger steel-elastomer contact area reduce the stress on the bushings, ensuring that these mounts will last for the life of your truck while offering unparalleled structural integrity and durability.

The PPE High-Performance Silicone Engine Mounts come in four application-specific durometers, each designed for different driving styles and conditions:
- Blue (40A): Smooth Street, ideal for maximizing vibration damping and ride quality for street applications.
- Green (50A): OEM Firmness, replicating OEM firmness for occasional towing and off-road driving without sacrificing ride quality.
- Yellow (60A): Street/Performance, perfect for hybrid use, balancing racing and off-road capabilities with street comfort.
