HP Tuners now offers support for the GM Global B E66 ECM, which is used in various 2021+ GM vehicles with the 3.0L Duramax LM2/LZ0 engine (listed below).
This one-time, send-in service is necessary for upgrading capabilities in VCM Suite (BETA). Before purchasing, please read this page thoroughly.
The E66 ECM can be found in the following GM Global B vehicles:
- 2022-2022.5 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 3.0L Duramax LM2
- 2022-2022.5 GMC Sierra 1500 3.0L Duramax LM2
- 2021-2023 Chevrolet Suburban 3.0L Duramax LM2
- 2021-2023 Chevrolet Tahoe 3.0L Duramax LM2
- 2021-2023 GMC Yukon 3.0L Duramax LM2
- 2021-2023 Cadillac Escalade 3.0L Duramax LM2
- 2022-2025 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 3.0L Duramax LZ0
- 2022-2025 GMC Sierra 1500 3.0L Duramax LZ0
This one-time service upgrades your original E66 ECM (Global B generation only) and is required for tuning using HP Tuners’ software. Users must physically remove their original E66 ECM from their vehicle and ship it to HP Tuners’ headquarters for servicing. Once upgraded, users have full access to calibrate, log, and scan via the OBDII port.
- No need for an IMMO Relearn, Crank Relearn, or to perform the “Replace ECM” Function in VCM Scanner on the stock ECM.

- Once upgraded, purchase (6) Universal Credits to license your E66 ECM/vehicle.
- GM Global B vehicle support is only compatible with the MPVI3 interface.
