PPE HEAD STUD KIT - HIGH YIELD
For engine builders who demand the highest level of strength and precision in their fasteners, the PPE High Yield Head Stud Kit is the ultimate solution for high-performance diesel engines.
With an independently tested and verified tensile strength of over 288,000 PSI, and yield strength over 254,000 psi, these studs simply outperform any competition out there. Each stud is heat treated before being centerless ground and thread rolled, which effectively reduces stress concentration and results in a much higher fatigue resistance. Broaching of studs is performed via EDM to ensure top-level precision. All studs and nuts come with a oxide finish.
Each kit comes complete with everything you need for installation, including assembly grease packet for uniform load distribution and accurate torque readings.
