Forged Diesel Regulated Return Fuel System, 2003, 2004, 2005, 2006, 2007 Ford 6.0L Powerstroke
Dual alternator applications may require modifications to the alternator mounting bracket for installation.
The regulated fuel return kit helps eliminate the "dead head" affect that is common with the 6.0 fuel problem. This kit lets fuel flow completely through the head. This helps keep a constant flow of fuel going to the rear injectors and maintains constant pressure.
