This is the PASSENGER SIDE high pressure oil rail feed hose for a 2003-2004 6.0L Powerstroke. This hose connects the standpipe to the high pressure oil rail, and fits ONLY engines with the early style round high pressure oil rails (ICP sensor at rear of engine under turbo). Leaks in the high pressure oil system can cause "hard start", "no start" type problems. If you are working on other parts of the high pressure oil system, replacing the feed hoses is highly recommended.
