This Big Turbo upgrade allows for 17% more airflow over your stock turbo and spools faster.
When running this turbo, you will see lower overall charge tube temps thanks to an optimized air flow design.
Properly tuned, you’ll see a raw power increase of 20%. Rear wheel HP
This turbo includes a water-cooled CHRA, which drastically lowers operating temperatures, exhaust temperatures, and charge temperatures — making sure you keep the heat on the competition, not your vehicle.
This premium turbo features a 5 mm larger Cast compressor wheel (41 mm) and a 4 mm larger (54 mm) turbine wheel.
You also get the benefit of stainless-steel exhaust manifold casting with Inconel wastegate flapper assembly. To ensure boost is delivered and controlled in a consistent manner, custom aftermarket waste gate assembly tailor-made for the Polaris RZR Pro XP.
Note: Some alternate model Polaris Pro XP's use a different oil drain tube which do not contain an O-ring. This turbocharger is designed for the normal O-ring style oil drain tube. Polaris Part Number: 2206689
The turbocharger must be used in conjunction a 2” cold air intake and Dyno jet fuel controller.
