This is a genuine OEM Inner Clutch Sheave designed specifically for the Polaris P90X primary clutch. As the stationary half of the primary clutch, the inner sheave is a critical component for maintaining a true belt path and ensuring smooth shift transitions. If your original sheave is grooved, pitted, or has suffered from heat damage, replacing it is essential to prevent premature belt failure and loss of top-end speed.

Important Fitment Note

DOES NOT FIT: 2022 and newer Ranger Northstar models. These later Northstar editions utilize a unique 6:1 crankshaft taper that is incompatible with this sheave.
Pro Tip: When replacing an inner sheave, we highly recommend inspecting your primary bearing and clutch weights. Combining a fresh sheave with a Gilomen Modified Two-Way Bearing and a Torque Monster Clutch Kit is the best way to ensure your entire P90X system operates smoother and lasts longer than the factory setup.
