Get ready to unleash the beast within your Ranger 1500! After 8 months of decoding and testing, we've developed an absolutely amazing tune that brings out the best in your machine.

• 20 mph top speed gain, reaching up to 83-84mph on stock-sized tires
• 100% throttle at all speeds, with no power restricting or throttle cutback
• All power governors disabled for maximum power on tap
• Professionally developed timing maps for peak performance on pump gas
• Professionally developed fuel maps for optimal engine efficiency
• Fan settings 20 degrees lower to keep engine running cool and lasting longer
• Seat-belt limiter disabled for a more aggressive driving experience
• RPM limiter raised to a safe 7900 RPM, with operating RPM much lower
• Speed limiters eliminated for a faster ride
• False misfire codes eliminated for a cleaner engine
• Engine protections left in place for safety
Fitment & Compatibility
This tune is specifically designed for Ranger 1500 models and requires both the ECU and TCM to be tuned for proper operation. The performance switch on the dash remains fully functional, allowing you to choose between Tow/Haul, Comfort, Standard, and Sport modes.
Important Fitment Notes
• The ECU and TCM must be sent to us for tuning, or a new ECU and TCM can be purchased from us
• The Ranger XD 1500 models have a security locked type ECU, which cannot be tuned remotely using certain devices
• The HP tuners MPVI 3 interface requires an ECU unlock service to install a tune
Pro Tip: Make sure to follow the proper tune procedure when sending your stock ECU and TCM to us for tuning.
