Shipping Protection is an add-on service that insures your order against loss, theft, or damage during transit. If something goes wrong, a claim is filed with the carrier and a replacement is shipped within 24 hours on business days, so you are not left waiting for an investigation to finish.
Without this protection, an in-house investigation takes up to 3 business days before any resolution. Adding it keeps your order covered from the moment it leaves the warehouse.
