The SPE Motorsport Axle-Back Exhaust for the Explorer ST unlocks the performance sound this SUV was meant to have. Engineered to enhance both tone and flow, this system delivers a deep, controlled exhaust note that’s aggressive when you want it to be and refined when you don’t.
Unlike typical aftermarket systems that drone or overwhelm the cabin, the SPE design maintains everyday drivability while giving the 3.0L EcoBoost the presence it deserves. The system was carefully tuned through real-world testing to strike the perfect balance between sound quality, flow, and comfort. The J pipe anti drone design makes all of this possible.
Constructed from 304 stainless steel with TIG-welded connections, the exhaust features mandrel-bent tubing and precision-fit hangers for smooth installation and long-term reliability. Dual 4-inch tips are available in a polished or black finish, completing the look with a clean, aggressive appearance that complements the ST’s factory styling.
