SPE Motorsport S650 Mustang External Catch Can Kit

The S650 Mustang is an incredible modern platform, but like all direct-injection engines, it suffers from oil vapor being pulled back into the intake through the factory PCV system. This leads to oil pooling, carbon buildup, inconsistent throttle response, and degraded performance over time. The SPE S650 External Catch Can Kit fixes that with a clean, high-capacity, chassis-specific solution that installs with no shortcuts and no universal fittings.

This kit is engineered specifically for the 2024+ S650 Mustang, featuring proper PCV/valve cover connectors, a dedicated mounting bracket, and an external can design that keeps blow-by completely out of the intake tract.

Engineered for the S650

The factory S650 breather layout is tight, and most generic catch cans require cutting, splicing, or adapters that never seal quite right. Everything fits the way it should, looks OEM-plus.

The included bracket puts the catch can in an easy-to-access location, making service quick and clean without interfering with other underhood components. The catch can installs in the driver side fender area. The bracket sandwiches between the coolant bottle using the factory mounting bolts. The hoses can be routed as desired and cut to length. This kit is excellent for turbo cars!

High-Capacity External Can with Dipstick

The SPE external can is large enough for high-RPM driving, track days, and forced-induction setups. Unlike small internal cans, this system gives vapors more distance and volume to separate, keeping oil out of the intake and reducing contamination.

A built-in dipstick provides a quick, accurate way to check fluid levels without removing the lid. No guessing. No mess. Holding almost 1L (33OZ) of fluid and still able to function properly.

The lid features engraved SPE branding and dual-port routing with O-ring sealing and secure AN-style fittings shown in the photos.

Clean Routing and Proper Hose Terminations

This kit includes S650-specific quick-connect PCV adapters, black-anodized AN-style 90° fittings, & properly sized hose for both inlet and outlet. This allows the entire system to integrate seamlessly with the S650 Mustang’s factory PCV ports. No clamps stacked on plastic barbs. No parts store adapters.
