Variants

• Ranger (Stock Replacement)
  Direct replacement for factory Allison 1000. Includes SunCoast Guardian billet torque converter, upgraded clutch packs, steels, recalibrated valve body, new harness, filters, and factory-style deep pan.

• Guardian Towing (Heavy Duty)
  Purpose-built for heavy towing and hauling. Adds billet plates, custom clutches, recalibrated valve body, and available SunCoast billet triple-disc converter. Designed for durability under continuous load.

• Category 1 (500 HP)
  Performance transmission for tuned daily drivers. Includes upgraded frictions, billet plates, redesigned pistons, and billet triple-disc converter (optional). Rated for builds up to 500 HP.

• Category 2 (600 HP)
  Steps up with billet input shaft and SFI-certified billet flexplate. Proven for larger turbos, sled pulling, and 600 HP builds. Converter and flexplate options available.

• Category 3 (700 HP)
  Competition-ready with billet input shaft, billet C2 clutch hub, billet P2 planet, billet flexplate, and SunCoast billet triple-disc converter. Built for aggressive sled pulling and drag racing.

• Category 4 (950 HP+)
  Extreme build featuring billet input, intermediate, and output shafts, billet C2 hub, billet P2 planet, billet flexplate, and SunCoast billet triple-disc converter. Designed for maximum strength in 900+ HP competition trucks.
