If your looking to convert your Jeep XJ to rear 4 link coil spring suspension then we have made it way easier. Barnes 4WD is proud to introduce our XJ rear 4 link coil swap suspension kit with all the components you will need for a simple install. This suspension kit has been designed to improve ride quality, enhance geometry, and improve reliability. The 4 link system with include massive 1-1/4 inch heim joint lowers and 7/8 inch heim joints uppers or rebuildable 1-1/4 inch enduro joint lowers and 7/8 inch enduro uppers for the ultimate in strength and maximum suspension travel. Our long shank magnum heim joints are used with this kit for increased thread engagement and improved adjustability. Heavy duty 2 inch O.D. x 1/4 inch wall D.O.M. tubing is included to build the lower links and 1-3/4 inch O.D. x 1/8 inch wall pre-bent D.O.M. for the upper links. Installation of this kit will achieve 4" of suspension lift. Installation of this kit will required welding and fabrication. All components will need to painted or powder coated during installation.

- Utilizes stock WJ rear springs to achieve 4" of lift, more lift can be added with WJ lift springs if desired.

- Optimized suspension geometry
- If you wish to run a TJ rear axle removal of the factory uppers and shock brackets is required and installation of TJ Dana 35 or Dana 44 Axle truss kits with upper control arm brackets and replacement TJ shock mounts will need to be swapped passenger to driver.
- If you wish to run 1 ton axles one of our TJ 4 link axle swap kits will need to be purchased. (B4WK12475 or B4WK12522) The axle shock mounts will need to be swapped passenger to driver
