The Orion XTR12D2 delivers powerful and accurate bass in a performance-driven design. Specifically engineered as a 12 inch dual 2 ohm car subwoofer, it produces deep low-frequency output while maintaining control and efficiency. As a result, it works well in demanding audio systems. With 600W RMS and 2400W peak power, it offers an excellent balance of output, durability, and long-term reliability.
Additionally, the dual 2-ohm voice coil configuration provides flexible wiring options. Because of this, matching amplifier loads becomes easier across different system layouts. Therefore, the XTR12D2 is well suited for daily-driven builds, high-output systems, and multi-subwoofer configurations.
Built for Clean, Powerful Output
To ensure consistent performance, the XTR12D2 features a UV-coated paper and fiber blend cone. Moreover, it uses a durable Santoprene surround to improve excursion control. Together, these materials help reduce distortion while maintaining accurate bass response.
A polypropylene dustcap reinforces the cone assembly. As a result, stability is maintained during higher output levels. In addition, a 55 oz ceramic magnet motor structure provides strong control and efficiency across the operating range.
