ZZ Diesel Remanufactured Cylinder Head with Head Gasket and Head Bolts
For 2003.5, 2004, 2005, 2006, 2007 Ford 6.0L Powerstroke
From 2003.5-2005 Ford used an 18mm dowel. If your heads have been replaced, they may have been updated to the 20mm. Please check dowel size before ordering. Ford recommends using new shorter push rods, part# 8C3Z6565B.
Heads are remanufactured and go through a high quality inspection.
Warranty - Remanufactured head has a one year warranty from date of purchase for defective parts only. You must contact ZZ Diesel before returning any parts and provide all contact and order information.
Not Warranted - Labor and damage caused by installation.
Warranty Shipping - Any shipping credits will be determined by ZZ Diesel after review of warranty.

This tool is a in cab removal solution for the 2003-2007 6.0L Powerstroke diesel trucks. Designed to save time and costs for those who do not have access to a lift to pull the cab on their truck or have cab bolt issues. If you are worried about removing the heads due to rust or other failure of the cab bolts, have no fear. The ZZ Diesel Cylinder Head Removal Tool bolts to the cylinder head inside the cab and in conjunction with a cherry picker. The cylinder head can then be removed inside the cab without removal of the cab itself. Only some components will need removed under the hood to complete the job.
